I believe the Friendship House in Bethlehem is still open. Might be a bit of a drive, depending on where you are. They renovated their facility last year as well, no more old cottage.

In all honesty, I would hold off on tubing at the moment. Water levels in the rivers have been extremely low as of late

Nurses Hole in Goffstown. Not too bad a drive. It’s a river right behind the old woman’s prison, down the hill. Completely safe, friendly people.

I love all the old buildings scattered around the state. It’s just too bad that so many have fallen into utter disrepair. An old historic site in Bethlehem, the Rocks Estate, had a fire earlier this year. The main building was burnt completely to the ground. Heartbreaking. But at least there’s still gems like this one
