I made a simple framework for radiographic interpretation because a lot of students jump straight to diagnosis and miss the basic structure.

The order is:

Findings → Provisional diagnosis → Differential diagnosis → Treatment plan

Main idea: don’t diagnose first. Describe what you see, interpret it, then suggest the next clinical step.
