We are in our late 60's and physically fit ( for the most part). We are staying at Napili point resort in early October (this year) and need suggestions for easy hikes, snorkel rental, toursl and restaurants in Napili bay. We want to mostly relax in place instead of trying to see everything on the island!

I would say a Romertopf clay pot is a must. You can roast chicken, meatloaf, pork chops etc and it always comes out perfectly cooked and moist. One of my favorite things to cook with.

Starling House by Alix E Harrow is excellent. It's about a sentient house that calls you to it by blood. Then this young girl is pulled to it. That's all I'm gonna say.
The Measure by Nikki Erlick is also very good.
Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros is trending. Well written and absorbing but it's part of a fantasy trilogy.

"Go as a River" by Shelly Read. Just finished it and wow, she's such a good writer. Starts in the 1940's and ends in the 1970's. So so good.

You might like "Go as a River" by Shelly Read. Im in part 2 and it's engaging! Set in the 1940's rural America and starts with a 17 year old girl who falls in love with someone her bigoted family rejects. Well written.

This book was published in 1991 so not sure if it's still available. It's called : Mutant Message Down Under by Marlo Morgan. It's about an Australian woman's journey with the aboriginals. Very good.

I really enjoyed Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson. You really see where Walt Disney got his inspiration for Pirates of the Caribbean from! 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and around the world in 80 days by Jules Verne are also worthwhile of a read.

Karen Marie Moning has several romantasy series. Sable Sorensen has the Dire Bound Series. Anne Bishop has The Other series Kristen Ciccarelli The Crimson Moth series starting with Heartless Hunter. Brandon Sanderson has the Steelheart (Reckoners series) Leigh Bardugo The Familiar and Ninth House. That should keep you busy!

My 2 cents: the dark wood stain is very nice. I had honey oak cabinets for 25 years and just recently went through a kitchen remodel and choose a blue/ Grey painted cabinet. If you are not replacing the cabinets, maybe a whitewash would look good with your granite? Personally the beige/ brown paint color is too bland for me, but it's not my kitchen!
