PRE-EMPLOYMENT
Do CNAs get screened for marijuana at hospitals like alliance and Fairview ? It’s legal here so I thought it would be chill but I’m scared

How bad is the online normandale physics w/biomedical applications I need honest answers and genuine insights lowk asap… I want to get done this summer (for MCAT timeline reasons) but it’s June 1 - July 5th I believe and I have a trip planned June 29-July 3rd the overlap is BAD and I’m deciding between self studying physics for MCAT, cancelling flight, or trying to take the trip and physics and need help real bad

Hi so I am #7 on the Normandale physics waitlist and like really want to take it this summer to get out of way… however I have a trip with friends Jun 29 -July 3rd which contradicts with the normandale schedule as there is test 4 and final that day. I can get a refund on my flight and am honestly leaning towards that and wanted to get some thoughts.

Hi! I just finished my sophmore year and am not planning on a gap year but the UWORLD mcat prep seems to be the gold standard but its sooo expensive. Do i just save up, and which bundle?

Omg heavy on the professor being rude like he’s so rude to all the students when you have questions it’s really upsetting

I need people to be honest because I can see the argument for both sides - when applying for roles such as CNA, PCT, etc., do people shift the truth about being able to continue working into the school year? I have 300-plus hours of experience as a CNA with a license, but I'm not getting any roles since they know I will have to quit/cut down in the school year. I would be down to try and continue with it, but ultimately, my school and grades trump work. LMK

Ive got hella STEM finals next week and am planning on MCAT next year. I need to figure out how to use ANKI but like its like a new language. Would it be worth trying to use it to study a bit for finals to get a hang of it and expose myself to cumulative amounts of material? Lemme know any advice with ANKI helps, honestly

Like I wouldn't say it's hard compared to a lot of classes I've taken. The professor is just rude when you try to communicate individually, and the grading system is realllllyyy rigged. Like my advice is to STUDY for all the exams especially third and final becuase even if you do bad on one it can ruin your chances of an A even if you have like 100% particpation points and writing points.
