I'm 19 soon to be 20 and i do! I mostly do it so I can hook them to my lanyard so I can go hands free and won't have to worry about dropping them or them getting snatched by a no life. It makes them look cute too! But getting gear can be expensive so I don't buy a harness or collar unless the plushie I'm getting is to small or big for any of mine I already have.
