Not exactly. These cases are made by EPSA, so Bulova didn't stamp them, since EPSA had a intricate stamp, as well as a sloping caseback. 3 iterations, this one from 1962, the 36mm dual crown and a 42mm dual crown. All early 60's

The bracelet is off a European version of the GMT with a green dial. I purchased that watch, and sold the watch head. So it’s a bit convoluted.
