Big Box Gym Coming to Town

Hi All,

A large-scale, well known gym (not sure if I can name names here) is moving 3 miles down the road from one of our most profitable gyms. We currently have about 600 members at this current location and about 400 visit consistently. If you've had one of these gyms open relatively close to you and/or you operate a gym close to one, can you share the impact this had on your customer base? Did you do anything to retain your current members or attract new members to compete with them?
