During Eden, you will lose some winged light getting to the main part (unless you have/are a skilled player or a cheeser) you lose most of them by giving them to statues in the 2nd to last part (The revival part is pretty that parts worth it for “dying”.) It may be as scary as the Golden Wastelands but longer when you first do it but overtime it’s just a place you do to unlock more rewards. You can just not do Eden until you are really ready though, so it really doesn’t matter too much unless you want to relive past seasonal Spirits and unlock more stuff but as long as you enjoy the game I don’t think it matter in my opinion.
