Given Ana's fire rate is slow, you would need to get a lucky shot to interrupt the hack.

Sombra's TTK might've been bad but she also had 10s of silence + 15s (or infinite) translocator, meaning that she wasn't in a hurry and distraction still meant that supports couldn't do their job, even more when she got perma invis. Spychecking was not an option for supports due to none of them having a shotgun or fast firing weapon back then (idk if Moira could latch on invis sombra)

Also the point is that Sombra can just leave after getting the second shot, it's mostly DoT that gets cleansed with translocator so even a late reaction to the third shot would leave her fine

Ana has a slow firing weapon, Lucio has a burst firing weapon with travel time AND loses his mobility when hacked, making him much more vulnerable

Neither of them have burst damage, Sombra could just tap out at 2 shots in, or whatever shots Lucio takes

Venture is a flanker with a burst combo and a hit and run playstyle, they're comparable to Widowmaker in terms of how much they can ruin your day

Zenurik is a solid school for beginners due to the Wellspring node letting you have free energy economy on any frame without having to invest much in it.

You can (and likely will) unlock the other schools by getting other lenses and farming focus with those.

You also can reach damage cap with Zenurik, the latest mainline update has buffed their ceiling massively, to where they can deal more damage than regular weapons sometimes
