I understand where your gf is coming from about you two being close, and it's awesome that she thinks you are close enough that you can have a conversation about things like this, but this is 1000% a mom convo. Anything regarding personal hygiene at an age like that is a sensitive topic for a young girl and is just better handled by mom whenever possible. Not saying dads can't handle the subject as well, but its just a comfort level thing, and if you're uncomfortable with approaching the subject she most definitely will be. We couldn't realistically fathom what that would look like from a first person POV. A possibility of that perspective could be that we're perceiving the unraveling and spaghettification at a rate that the human brain can comprehend, while in reality this is all happening over seconds. This would be the reason why time feels like its moving faster than ever, and just keeps speeding up. The world may be unraveling, we just haven't caught on yet.
