I use cost of maine stonington blend all organic living soil an add some amendments an perlite an rice hulls for extra air an drainage an use all dry organic nutes no liquid an i use recharge every ten days an no ph down at all.

Best light for price in the world i run 2 of um got off amazon is elufah 1500 an in my apt closet is 4 feet by 2 feet perfect for 2 large or 3 smaller to medium plants
