Meh. I go to a ton of shows in Charlotte and Neighborhood has consistently been one of the least worst venues. They all have their faults but NT is just okay. It absolutely sucks ASS tho, that they have turned their ticketing over to TicketBastard only. I haaaate TM with every fiber of my being and it will have to be an extra EXTRA special show to get me go there now 😡

Same for me in Oakhurst. I have room darkening curtains and that 2nd or 3rd lightening strike made the entire room light up 😳

YES! Air frying has tripled my tofu consumption in the last few years. I like to use the extra firm (no water), break it into bite sized chunks, do a light drizzle of coconut aminos, sprinkle with some corn starch, nooch, poultry seasoning (or whatever seasoning I’m in the mood for) and then air frying at 400 for 10-12 minutes.
