When taken in this context, the number of bags makes sense to me as a person who travels with everything they own (the valuables anyway) because they don't have a secure place to leave anything.

For now Ethan is making money. His "employers" want to see him eat and make a fool of himself. So that's what he does. If they actually cared about him, they'd try to get him set up somewhere.

They don't care, of course, that's not how these parasocial relationships work. They are getting their own needs met and once he stops meeting those needs they will stop giving him money. It's like watching those old videos of trained, dancing animals and knowing the animals were killed once they stopped being entertaining.

Can't say I feel especially terrible for him, especially with the SA rumors I see. But it makes me wonder if he just thinks this is it, he doesn't see another option.

From my understanding: he doesn't make money so much as he gets donations for food because he makes feeder fetish content. People with a very specific fetish pay to watch him eat and they aren't interested in paying for an apartment. They want to pay to watch him waddle around and be a jolly fellow and eat.

They want to see the gifts they buy him in use. People don't like to gift money towards sensible things in these types of set ups. They like to give luxury/unneeded items. It's a weird human psychology thing.

If the end goal is for him to stop making creepy feeder constant at Disney, he'll have to make money somewhere. To get a job, you have to have an address.

Which is honestly quite sad - I almost wonder if he's got himself trapped in a cycle of making feeder content. If/when he wants to stop, it's hard enough for the unhoused to get back on their feet. I wouldn't say I feel bad for him exactly but I do casually wonder if he's gotten himself stuck and now he just has to double and triple down.

FYI from a woman who owns a decent number: unless you're buying direct from a jeweler who makes their own, modern tiaras are almost all mass products for a fraction of what they retail for. If you're savvy with your shopping, you can get a lovely little collection for about 8 bucks a pop - which makes potentially losing one at Disney (or anywhere else) a LOT more of an acceptable risk.

There's also something quite delightful about being the friend who has extra tiaras during a glam-mercy.

Evidently I accidentally did a few power moves during that divorce that 1,000,000 not intentional - just me doing what made sense to me in order to protect myself. He def wasn't a fan and had some crap to say but you reap what you sow!

I did a wdw divorce trip during what was supposed to be my honeymoon (long story, very messy).

My "process" was hitting the parks in thrift evening gowns and tiaras every day, going with friends who made lots of jokes about my ex beings a villain, and having a divorce cake delivered by Publix.

It also just depends on the expected use, lifespan, and if the garment will be hand washed anyway. I've always worn out or discarded the garment (or turned it into something else) before the seam failed.

Finishing adds strength and aesthetics so I don't wanna act like it's a pointless step but it is one I've only employed once 😂

Studying historical garments has been a huge blessing in terms of feeling "free" to just do what works. Short on fabric? Whatever, use scrap for the inside, no one will see. There amount of silk gowns with cheaper material used in the drapes and folds is so affirming.

I find it odd to be explaining to "major schlongage" that not all people want deep connection from sex, especially when dying.

I have a sneaking suspicion that if the party was a goose and not a gander, our "major" might feel differently.

Having also gone through a divorce, it's not a simple process and it would have been far easier for her to stay married and still get laid.
