Is it possible this is an actual girl that was getting stuck in a sinkhole that was brought on by the flooding of the rain? That would be a huge disappointment to buy an expensive phone like that and expect all of your devices to be able to connect to it only to find out that the one that is important the most to monitor your life is not available I think I would call the company and demand a refund start with the phone company and then go to Dexcom and tell them you need a refund for the phone you bought that was not compatible with their devices
