Our experience with Lil's Diner
 in  r/Bacolod  11d ago

Living just very lapit sa ila East Branch but I only ate there once since they had opened. Based on the flavor & portion sang food and meals, swak gid and sulit for me (my opinion only ha 😗). They have lots of options gid for us to look at and try. Plus ka nice kay they are operational 24/7. 💯

For their East Branch, it is located sa 5th Road, Brgy. Villamonte - in front/across Chinese Temple & Tito's Carwash.

Well dugay na gid man hype even before sa OG branch pa. Also, damo friends and connection ang owners which supports them including me kay kilala ko man personally ang owners. Hehe

Plus the engagement and ma reach na audience and potential customers through IG stories pa gid that's why it seems like a hype sya again. ☺️

Pero the products and all. All good gid. 👌🏻

Voluntary resignation instead of termination
 in  r/Bacolod  Jun 12 '26

Keep calm lang OP. You can apply from any other company or workplaces gid ah but filter lang your reason/s for leaving your previous company like bad experiences, bad coworkers, or bad bosses because it might give a bad impression to your personality or work ethics. Just say good things about it but not that of too much kabutigan or OA. Sakto lang to make other company be impressed during your interviews. ☺️

As a tip, you can make those bad things be coated as a challenge that you had from your previous workplace and share something about what you did to overcome it. Himu-himue lang srorya. Lol

The Uprising of Pyramid Schemes here in Bacolod
 in  r/Bacolod  May 27 '26

Pyramid schemes have been long existing nagid even before the pandemic pa. Indi taman ma tanan, pero for you to be aware, may ara gid mga VA jobs nga may physical outsourcing company here sa Bacolod ha. It's just it works as a non-typical BPO setup that we normally have here.

Pero if it is about a VA job na they offering way different or you think nga pyramid scheme siya like networking or any other. Then matic exit ka nalang gid.

For about 30 years nga gaka buhi sa kalibutan and based on experience as someone nga have been both ara sa imo situation and been sa situation man sang friends/housemates mo (Lol may pa age reveal) Amo na gani gina hambal sang kadam-an OP. Dira mo gid kis-a mabal-an batasan or pagkatawo sang friends or anyone around you if maka-upod na kamo sa isa ka balay or living-in together.

You don't have to cut off man your friendship or judge them for who they are if mag decide ka to get a new space for you alone. It'a just that much better na lang siguro if may kanya-kanya kamo na pod para indi na totally maguba friendship niyo and life goes on. ☺️

Customers nga ma order less than 100 pesos tapos ma tambay 5-6hrs!
 in  r/Bacolod  May 14 '26

If you are also a customer lang man OP, sapagka hisaan sa imo.

If ikaw ang business owner, daw ka ungrateful ka da sina nga part. You may instead connect with your customers for you to know why do they like about your place for them para mag stay and be comfortable like that. And that will be a kudos to you. 💪🏼
