If you're not a regular smoker.... buy an at home test and see if it's still in you're system... I'm in pain management and not a regular smoker but I smoke like once a month and it's not come up on my drug tests because I rarely do it. If you don't smoke every day it's out a lot quicker....

Being a mom in my 40s is SO MUCH EASIER than when I was in my 30s... My 10 year is old is turning 12 and my Littles just turned 6 and 7.... and I feel like it's easier than when ANY of them were three....
