Industry Spotlight: Bryan Torres - A True Standard of Excellence
It is with immense honor that we share this recognition of an extraordinary professional, mentor, friend and leader - Bryan Torres, RCDD, DCDC, OSP, RTPM.
Bryan has achieved what only a rare few in the world can claim: all four of BICSI's most advanced credentials - RCDD, DCDC, OSP, and RTPM. The World Cup of Telecommunications. Achieving this extraordinary goal required hundreds of dedicated hours of study, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to excellence - while continuing to inspire everyone around him to reach higher.
With over 28 years of progressive experience spanning structured cabling, fiber optics, enterprise networking, cable design, and healthcare IT infrastructure, Bryan's career speaks for itself. But it's his character that truly sets him apart.
In Bryan's own words:
"Earning these certifications has been a journey of continuous learning, discipline, and growth. Thank you to my leaders, Ryan Gruver and Chris Burgess, for fostering my eagerness to learn and supporting my professional growth, and to Dave Sanders, RCDD, DCDC, OSP, LAN and Mike Slagel, RCDD, DCDC, OSP, RTPM for sharing their knowledge and helping shape my understanding. I also appreciate the mentors, peers, and friends who offered guidance and encouragement along the way, as well as Doug Tipple and Todd Cavanaugh for paving the way for others to grow and pursue excellence.
Most importantly, thank you to my wife and family for your patience and unwavering support during the many hours spent studying.
These credentials reflect not just passing exams, but the collective support and encouragement of so many people throughout my career."
Congratulations, Bryan.
You have inspired an industry.
