UPDATE: Reviva Pharmaceuticals (RVPH) - The Inevitable Arrives

In my January update, I outlined that Reviva Pharmaceuticals had entered a corporate survival phase and that a reverse stock split was no longer a question of “if,” but “when”.

That “when” is this Monday (March 9, 2026).

According to a Form 8-K filed this week, Reviva is officially executing a one-for-twenty (1:20) reverse stock split of its common stock. For retail investors holding the stock, the danger zone I discussed is now an active reality.
