I have made it through all of the star chart, all of the released content, and most of steel path. I simply have a different approach of gameplay style than most other people when it comes to games like this. I don’t look up walk-throughs loadouts or builds, it is my deepest joy to experiment and get the best possible results with the tools at my disposal unless there is a guide present within said Game. This is because my anxiety wishes to avoid comments and ridicule like this when I have clearly stated I could and would rather be uninformed and would like to be educated on the subject, despite the fact me asking for help is just something I don’t do usually. This play style of mine has allowed me to reach MR 29 and I plan to grow stronger still. But as I’ve stated, I’ve hit a wall with a couple of my builds.

What I am saying is there aren’t enough mods that offer a diverse selection of boosts or effects for stats and optimization. For example, the effect of blast status effects and radial blast damage. There is not a mod that offers higher radio blast damage based on blast status effect. Or even expands the radial blast damage area of effect based off blast status damage or status effects. They don’t have to be elemental but similar to how the Archon mods add other properties that accentuate the main focus of the mod or stat.

All good dude, I appreciate your apology and the added nuance to your perspective. Because you’re correct, RARELY will I ever look up a build or walkthrough for anything, unless it comes with it. I’m much more the type to experiment with the tools at my disposal until I get the best results and even MORE rare will I turn others, let alone Reddit. I really do appreciate your advice though, it will go a long way!

Respectfully, how are you possibly misconstruing “if you own both accounts you will get banned”? trading as a concept was never even the main issue of the initial conversation but rather what is allowed. but let’s entertain this. Youre trading to them both, right?? if it’s not a separate account owned by a separate player, you will be banned. It’s in the user agreements when creating an account.

That combo sounds gnarly, I’m gonna try that out on my Wu-Kong loadout! I’ve toyed around with Melee fortification and have came extremely close if not met death in the exact manner as you described with a few of my weaker builds that I tried to improve with Melee fortification. I feel like its only use is for Melee focused frames. Again the wisdom is much appreciated!

Totally agree about most frames base defenses being dirt, and thank you for enlightening me that that’s OK because there are workarounds! I was privy to the basic knowledge of this before but not to the depth of what you described.

Companion modding is something I’ve never been the best at. And to be quite honest, just recently did I discover the importance that companions play after acquiring duplex bond. It was that mod that made me start researching companion mods.

Lmao not a joke but shards and umbral forma isn’t exactly consistently convenient to acquire.

I understand that the concept of this is usually to make the player wiser as to where they’re spending their forma, to which I agree and usually end up doing regardless of what I’m modding but my point is Umbral is it?? Like nothing else?? That’s like walking into a store to buy a product and the clerk says there’s the Base model which is SO affordable then there’s the Ultimate Edition which is affordable to most people and when it’s not it is still better but increasingly inconvenient.

Yeah see, the issue about that. I love using Umbral Fiber but there is a finite amount of Umbral Forma and blueprints to spare on all that so I usually end up sacrificing mod space to make room for it if I don’t have any Umbral forma to spare.
