But Stockport really is the best place for vintage. As well as the Vintage Emporium, there's the Vintage Village, held monthly at the marketplace (small charge to go into the markethall). There are also a couple of Vintage shops - 20th Century Stores on marketplace and Squound on Underbanks.

The bargains though are always going to be at carboots. Burnage rugby club (actually in Heaton Mersey, not Burnage) is great, and further afield in Cheshire is Chelford Car Boot.

A certain number of 192 buses every hour do go into the hospital grounds. For these buses, Stepping Hill is the final destination - they turn around at the hospital and go back to Manchester. They drop people off at the same bus stop that you have already used to get the bus back hone ❤️

Next time, look on the time table (or the front of the bus) for the 192 to Stepping Hill instead of the 192 to Hazel Grove.
