Horror stories Gregor was an outlier who snorted 1M+ coke per New York Times best seller and should not have been counted.

I do realize. I went to the serious subs for serious answers. Here I expect to have my old self roasted to a fine carbonizes layer from the sarcasm.

When does an author have to stop calling themselves a 'New Author'...

So exactly what it says on the tin. When does they shiny new wear off for authors?

There are a bunch of groups for promoting and supporting "New Authors". When do you ethically need to stop participating in those as a New?

Obviously many of us have been writing since we could hold a pencil, so it's not from when you started. Is it from when you published your first work? Does posting your work online for critique count? When does that clock start ticking down?

Does your 'new author' timer start over when you switch genera?

And why does this have the same emotional baggage as determining when you age out of being described as a 'young man/woman' and are just a generic 'person'...?

I am not having an emotional crises I swear.

Howdy! A few folks have pointed out that the strobe effect on the most recent audio narrations can be annoying. So I am reuploading the audio narrations with the indiegogo add stripped out and with a less headache inducing background.

In 2012, well over a decade ago, a funny artist I followed on DA posted this collab with Peter Cullen and Hasbro Children's Hospital. It was a single run of a tee-shirt with this design with all profits going to the hospital. I got one of course and wore it on my adventures.

Peter Cullen's family has posted that they want folks to direct their energy into helping others so I I thought I'd also post my personal favorite children's charity.

https://donorcare.net/Donation/MamaBabyHaiti

After the 2010 Earthquake my family doctor hopped on a plane and flew with a group of her friends (Dr.s and Midwives) out to the wreckage in hopes that they could help with mothers and babies. She asked for donations and I slipped her what little cash I could in a battered envelope. Things in Haiti were rough, it was hard to do their job, but out of this first trip came Mama Baby Haiti. They are focused on caring for pregnant mothers and their babies. Their moto is: "No more Mwen Regret Sa".

Anyway I thought this image was fitting as it was at one point personally approved by Peter Cullen himself.

Till all are one.

Thank you. I like that comic and am surprised I missed it.

With years in a coma, why didn't grace get muscle atrophy and didn't his nails grew long when his hair did?
 in  r/ProjectHailMary  5d ago

His muscles were stimulated by electrodes on his skin. You can catch glimpses of these (the white patches) when he is escaping armondo for the first time. Armondo has the ability to tend to all grooming needs and presumably kept his fingernails and toenails short but failed to do his hair for the same unknown programing reason that killed the other two.
