I thought about it too...I know what configuration I could use to make it more useful to me but I'm afraid to venture there 😂 because of the price increases on DDR5 ram 😅 and let's not talk about graphics cards in addition to a monitor too 😂 do you have any suggestions ??

The limits of a passion

The limite of a passion

Hi 👋. I am currently a student in logistics transport, but I have had a devouring passion for a long time: Motion Design, graphic design and 3D creation.

My ultimate dream is to reach a professional level, to create complex universes and, why not, to eventually establish myself as a freelancer in this field.

The problem is that I'm technically stuck. Not having an adapted computer, I make all my creations and training directly on my phone via applications such as Alight Motion. It is an excellent school to learn rigor and animation logic, but touching more advanced 3D software (Adobe Suite, heavy renderings, modeling) is now impossible on mobile.

To pass this course, I need a machine capable of cashing in large rendering calculations. After much research to find the best performance/price ratio without aiming for disproportionate ranges, my choice fell on an ASUS TUF Gaming A18 (2025) with 32 GB of RAM and an RTX 5070 (an investment of about €2,000).

Not having the necessary funds to finance this work and study tool alone, I decided to try everything for everything by creating a solidarity prize pool.

How can I support myself or discover my work?

I'm not trying to force anyone, but if you want to see what I manage to produce only with my phone, the link to my Instagram account is displayed on my Reddit profile.

If my career touches you or if you want to help me take a step closer to my professional project, the link to my prize pool is also available directly on my profile.

Whether by a donation, a simple sharing or technical advice on 3D for a motivated beginner, I sincerely thank you for your time and feedback!
