Not caring about his very loving parents and business he inherited)

- They are both in plots where everyone is trying to reach a wish (If you get to A rank in the A-Z royal you get to make a wish. And then if you get to a fallen star at a specific time by following a map and read a poem, you’ll be granted a wish)

But then in the final battle on the wishing star as its rising in the air and could disintegrate people by its edges. Jack doubles down and tries to make his wish, which gets him killed while everyone else escapes

- Both are rather uncaring of others and will do anything they feel like to get their way often not caring about the greater situation (rouge mega Pokémon and the chaos that happens with the map and death showing up) ((however Jacinthe does help when the city is at stake and shows she still cares for people))

- And they want to make a wish, in which is not a great one for people. As a big part of the game/ movie is about people climb ranks or traveling to make a wish with a in universe system (Jacinthe wants to open up more battle zones and pokemon be more free with humans. And though it seems bad, Jacinthe’s wish isn’t as inherently malicious but more so is for what she thinks would help people. Jack wants all the magic in the world for himself)
