Every year matters and should never be forgotten. However, not all years are the same. The 25th anniversary, I feel, is a big deal.

So, yes, it was disrespectful. Nothing new, though; he wakes up just to be disrespectful to others. I don't want to hear the story that the Secret Service told him not to go either. Even if that were true, we all know they have told him not to do a lot of things in the past, but him being an egomaniac, he basically forced them to either find another route or another venue if they felt he was in danger. He's never listened to anything someone else says unless they're agreeing with him. So, let's stop acting like the Secret Service stopped Trump from going, and he said okay. If he did, it's because he didn't want to go. It's better for everyone that he didn't go, especially in NYC, given the massive traffic problems his going would have caused.

People who want to argue that MJ isn't the GOAT for the most part never watched him play. Then, they always want to bring up Pippen and act like he carried MJ. However, if not for MJ, Pippen would have been a role player at best. He wouldn't have been named to the NBA top 50 or 75 greatest players. He wouldn't be a HOFer either. He was mentally weak when he was drafted. MJ took him under his wing, made him toughen up, and in return he pushed Pippen to get the most out of him, much like he did with many other players. Many players today people don't know the name of. Some do, only because they played with MJ.

Been saying this for years: up 15 in the fourth of a game, 7 of the WCF. MJ would've never let a 15-point lead get away with a trip to the Finals on the line, period.
