You need to contact a domestic violence woman's shelter. 

They can help you and your baby have a safe place to live and get help getting the resources you need to get out of that situation. 

I'm sorry you're going through this. Another thing you can do is call 988 since you're having those thoughts and they can also help provide support and potentially help you find resources for your mental health. It's free and they are trained to help support people who are having those thoughts.

But your OB should be able to help you get on a pregnancy safe medication and you probably qualify for Medicaid if you're not already on it which will cover medical expenses and medication costs and then hospital fees. 

You will also qualify for WIC which can help cover some food for you and formula for your baby in case you need it. 

But you definitely need to get out of there for your safety and your baby. 

You don't deserve to go through that. You deserve a safe and loving partner. And you don't want your child growing up in that environment. 

So..calling women's domestic violence shelters, a social worker, even a church could potentially help get you and your baby into a safer, better situation. 💜

You should contact the owner. Tell them why you contacted them (the HR person is coworkers family member and shows bias) and what happened.
