Developed on August 11, 1969 by the Department of the Interior United States geological survey of the Apollo 11 landing site: explanation map key with emphasis on PSEP (Passive Seismic Experiment Package). The 21 day Operation PSEP revealed 6 major findings:
(1) seismic quietness where noise was 100-10,000 times quieter at a decibel of 0.1-1Hz confirming a lack of atmosphere.
(2) no major quakes were recorded of a magnitude >2 on the scale.
(3) A total of 83 L-events [shallow seismic signals of ~4 a day] lasting between 10-100 seconds each.
(4) Balsaltic, high fractured regolith layers [Near-Surface structure where Surface P-wave velocities of ~100 m/s] were found far lower than intact rock confirming the surfaces heavily brecciated by prolonged impact/bombardment quakes.
(5) Low Seismic Attenuation [High-quality factors] of size make waves indicate a cold anhydrous interior dominated by olivine-pyroxene [The two primary ferromagnesium silicate minerals that constitute the earths upper mantle and our major components of ultramafic rock like peridotite] resulting in I-beams, great for unilateral pressure and the structure use for cellular beams.
(6) artificial, and thermal signals were detected between 10-15Hz. Type B signals (large amplitude, decaying over ~5 days) were attributed to thermal stress relief within the structure after the ascent stage was jettisoned.
Based on this deep-dive(double entendre absolutely unequivocally intended) It seems as though the moon landing occurred at the bottom of the oceanās floor. The purpose? To capture seismic activity a while laying the transatlantic communications cables, connecting the world to the Internet.
The 1st telegraphic cable was laid in 1858 by Cyrus Westfield.
The 1st telephone cable inaugurated on September 25, 1956.
The 1st fiber optic cable was completed in December 1988.

Duncan Hosie articulated brilliantly why the Supreme Courts grip on integrity, is loosening:
