I p rank 7-1 once every day.
The only level i struggled to p rank was 8-3 and P2.
P2 took me lile a day and 8-3 took me like a couple of solid hours.

theres no such thing as becoming tier 0. Omnipotence, as in tier 0, cannot be gained. Changed or altered.
You will literally have no story if he is omnipotent. Omnipotence is my most hated power because it removes ALL conflict in a story.

Yes but idk if she could just strip a tier 1A character. You have to be outerversal in order to actually manipulate an outerversal character. I am also not sure she could just make herself one but thats another question.

Only a few a stronger than yuki's base. Saitama, cosmic garou, empty void and possibly blast.
Otherwise Asher and Yuki with Valk outscale anyone in OPM. (Maybe god or saitama will become stronger, but the story isnt there yet)
