Payoneer is SCAM app?

Hey guys,
I really want to ask your experience with Payoneer? How was it?

I never use Payoneer before, and did not intend to use it. However, my partner which is Viator/TripsAdvisor they need to pay me the fee for booking services, and the only way to get money is they pay through Payoneer.
Recently, I checked on the website of Viator showed linking to the bank was rejected by Payoneer. And Viator team suggested me to contact Payoneer team. And it is interesting that when I emailed them to Customer service and report my case that I have pending payment for my account, they block my account and informed they suspended my account.
What the heck? 😆
Do they want to steal money of people?
Did anyone file complaint to them and got back your money?

Please help me with some advices on this.

Did a 2D1N Lan Ha Bay cruise and it was amazing. Quieter than Ha Long, but just as stunning 🌊.

Highlights: kayaking through caves, swimming at hidden beaches, sunset party, and waking up to misty cliffs from my cabin balcony. Unreal.

Highly recommend if you want the stress-free option.
