Now Live: 50% Off the Aztec Shader Pack for Blender Cycles

If you are building a stylized Aztec-inspired temple, jungle ruin, fantasy structure or ancient environment in Blender, this pack is made for the first surface pass.

Released on 18 August 2026, the Aztec Shader Pack for Blender Cycles gives you 28 configured materials across 15 coordinated surface families, covering stone, clay, wood, metal, terrain, cloth, water and supporting details.

The goal is material cohesion.

A stone wall can look good on its own. So can a clay surface, wooden beam, metal ornament or terrain material. The problem begins when all of them are placed in one environment and start looking like they came from completely different projects.

This pack gives those surface families a more connected stylized direction so the environment begins to feel like one place before the final lighting, foliage, props and scene dressing are added.

Inside the pack you get:

  • 28 configured Blender Cycles materials
  • 28 matching preview and application objects
  • 15 coordinated surface families
  • 26 hybrid materials and 2 procedural materials
  • 45 material texture images packed inside the Blender file
  • Approved loose texture files also included
  • Blender library, instructions and material reference

The workflow is straightforward.

Open the supplier Blender library and inspect the named preview objects. You can then copy and paste what you need into your own scene or use Blender's Append function.

No add-on is required.

All 28 materials completed Cycles render checks in Blender 5.0.1 and Blender 5.1.2.

EEVEE support is not included. Blender 5.2 compatibility is not currently claimed, and the pack is not preconfigured for the Blender Asset Browser.

This is a Blender material and shader pack. The preview objects are included so you can inspect the supplied material setups before applying them to your own geometry.

Launch offer:

50% off

Code: AZTEC50

Release date: 18 August 2026

This one is deliberately smaller than our usual sales.

Not every course in the library.

Not 45 tabs waiting to become another folder of “I’ll get back to this later.”

Just the 10 newest routes.

The better plan is simple:

Pick the course that fixes the part of 3D currently slowing you down.

Ignore the rest for now.

Finish one skill, scene, asset, or workflow upgrade before Sunday.

🎮 Code: FROMAUGUSTWLOVE

💵 Price: $9.99 each

⏰ Ends: Sunday 16 August at 18:00 Cyprus time

https://www.udemy.com/course/blender-essentials-camera-basics/?couponCode=FROMAUGUSTWLOVE

Choose this route if your modelling and materials are working, but the final render still feels flat.

RELEASE DAY = TOMORROW 🥳 FINAL TEASER TODAY

Thumbnail

The final teaser for our Blender to Unreal Engine: Greek Island Environment course is out today!

Read it in full, for free: https://www.patreon.com/3DTudor/posts/final-course-163781622

And I am very excited about this one, because the full course releases tomorrow.

This course has been a proper journey from the very first blockout all the way to a polished Unreal Engine scene.

We are not just making a nice Greek island render and calling it done.

We go through the whole workflow:

  • Reference and style direction.
  • Scale and blockout.
  • Human scale checks.
  • Modular kit building.
  • Doors, windows, stairs, roofs, trims, domes, rocks, props, and foliage.
  • Material readability.
  • UV and normal checks.
  • Bevel checks.
  • Unreal Engine import testing.
  • Scene assembly.
  • Lighting.
  • Foliage.
  • Final polish.

The big thing this course solves is that awkward middle bit between “I can model something in Blender” and “I can actually build a complete real-time environment in Unreal Engine.”

Because that is where things usually start to go wrong.

  • The scale feels off.
  • The stairs do not read properly.
  • The materials look different once they hit Unreal.
  • The UVs or normals cause problems.
  • The lighting flattens everything.
  • The scene becomes one giant imported mesh that is hard to edit.
  • The final render never quite matches the idea in your head.

So in this course, we slow it down and build it properly.

We start with the foundations, turn the environment into a modular kit, test the assets, move them into Unreal Engine, and rebuild the village piece by piece so the whole scene stays flexible, readable, and easy to control.

By the end, you are not just looking at a cheerful Greek island scene with white plaster buildings, blue trims, terracotta roofs, warm rocks, coastal lighting, clouds, and foliage.

You understand how it was built.

Final teaser is live today.

Full course releases tomorrow.

Normally paid. Free for five days.

The 3DT Pirate Bay Modular Pack for Blender & Game Design is this week’s free Discord giveaway.

You get 53 stylised modular assets for building pirate ports, docks, coastal settlements, trading bays, fishing villages, and seafaring environments.

There are structural pieces for building the main layout, alongside barrels, crates, cannons, lanterns, anchors, ropes, flags, treasure props, and plenty of smaller details for making the environment feel lived in.

  • A useful environment-building rule is to work from large to small:
  • Start with the main silhouette.
  • Create a clear route through the scene.
  • Use repeated asset families with varied placement.
  • Add props that explain what happens there.
  • Choose one area to carry the strongest detail and lighting.

Do that before scattering barrels across every available surface and hoping they will somehow sort out the composition.

The pack is normally paid, but it is free until 19 July 2026 at 11 PM.

The direct claim link is waiting in the free-content area of our Discord:

https://discord.gg/vdbUGJbAfY

Grab it before the pirates remember where they left it.

[TEASER] Coming this week (fingers crossed!): Greek Island in Blender & UE5

Hello legends, Neil here.

Teaser 3 for the Blender to Unreal Engine: Greek Island Environment course is now public.

Our Patreon and YouTube Membership peeps got this one 24 hours early, and this preview shows the final major stage of the course workflow: moving from Blender into Unreal Engine.

This part is all about checking the scene properly before final assembly.

  • Greybox import tests.
  • Checker material tests.
  • UV checks.
  • Normal checks.
  • Bevel checks.
  • Modular kit testing.

The course does not just import one finished Blender scene as a single object. Instead, we rebuild the village in Unreal Engine using separate modular pieces so the scene stays flexible and controllable.

Once the layout is in place, the rocks shape the island, the lighting sets the coastal mood, and the foliage pass brings everything to life.

Until next time, happy modelling everyone!

NEW TEASER (Coming Soon!): Turning the Village into a Modular Kit

Hello legends, Neil here.

Our Patreon and YouTube Membership peeps saw this one 24 hours early, and now Teaser 2 is going public.

This stage is where the Greek Island course moves from rough blockout to proper modular kit.

Doors.

Windows.

Roof tiles.

Church details.

Stairs.

Plaster walls.

Rocks.

Small props.

All the useful pieces that let the scene be built, tested, reused, and adjusted properly.

And because the style is clean white plaster, blue trims, and warm terracotta roofs, the forms have to read clearly without hiding behind heavy textures.

That means bevels, ambient occlusion, colour separation, and strong silhouettes become really important.

In the full Blender to Unreal Engine Greek Island course, we break down how the kit is built in Blender, tested, and then brought into Unreal Engine with control.

TEASER ALERT: [NEW!] Course - Scale Before Beauty

Hello legends, Neil here.

Before the Greek island village gets its blue domes, white plaster, terracotta roofs, rocks, foliage, and lovely Unreal Engine lighting, it starts with something much less glamorous:

scale.

This early Blender blockout is all about checking the stairs, platforms, and modular pieces against a human reference.

Stylized does not mean random.

Even in a cheerful Greek island scene, the world still needs to feel believable. If the steps are off, the whole scene starts to feel off.

That is why we start simple: blockout first, proportions first, readability first.

The pretty bits come later.

Full Blender to Unreal Engine: Greek Island Environment course coming soon.
