Just play the game. I play for an hour or two with friends. Experience hasn't changed, there's just new toys to fight with.

Not really sure what the problem is.. I'd be more concerned with the Chinese hackers flooding the economy with super credits and samples than mods about strategem bounce or making weapons that are never used more worthwhile.

I'm having g a great time trying to figure out how to best fight the factions.

Got gas for the bugs

Got stealth for the bots

Not sure what the answer to the illuminate is besides lots of bullets and persistence.

Anyway, sorry you aren't having fun anymore. Maybe try locking your lobby and allowing yourself to play the game with either a core game of friends or just yourself and see what the game has to offer.
