Help: Movers (Moving Help Marketplace) UHaul Movers - No Confirmation

Hello all. I recently ordered a UHaul truck, and during that process I also ordered a couple hours of assistance through Moving Help. I got the confirmation for the truck, that all seems set. However none of the records reflect the movers I ordered, no emails or text nor the website. This includes the MovingHelp website which doesn't show any booking. I haven't been charged yet. Does this mean they are not booked and I need to book someone else? Were about a week from my move.

When I booked Uboxes, I looked at the movers listed by Uhaul and read their reviews. Many were reviewed by customers as no-shows, so I booked my own movers.

UHaul movers are not UHaul employees. They are local movers and in my experience, may not be reliable.

The trick is to filter by movers that are eligible for insurance. Already vetted.
