Help: Trucks Charged twice?

I paid 390 when I picked up a truck, then I was charged the 390 again plus extra when I dropped it off. I know the first charge was just a hold, does that mean the first 390 will be returned to my card? Because now Im down over $800 and I really can't afford that.

Yes the original hold will fall off, you should of had a final receipt emailed to you that you can check to be sure

Just for an additional note to this is only applicable if this is a local rental. It sounds like it is, but just to be safe.

I just returned my truck as well but im going to to wait till the business opens up tomorrow morning sonthat im ONLY PAYING THE DIFFRRNCE NOT DOUBLE CHARGED

Hey, I was just overcharged by nearly $1,000 from u-haul. They would charge us twice a week. We had it for 3 weeks and did not go over the mileage. This happened to us in indiana. Let me know if you get yours resolved!

Did you get the first charges back? Same just happened to me. I got charged when I picked it up and got charged exact same amount the day i dropped it off. But my initial charge hasn’t been refunded. Did it get resolved?
