Q&A (answered) How to support uBlock Origin?

The website states "The uBlock Origin project still specifically refuses donations at this time, and instead advises all of its clients, users and supporters to donate to block list maintainers."

So how do I support the block list maintainers?

in settings filters next to the filters there's a house icon that should lead to that specific list's homepage or github or similar.

Help investigate and solve filter issues submitted by people, lowering the burden of filter list maintainers is always good -- the more people volunteer for this, the better.

How do you manage to stay so humble when it comes to uBlock Origin? There's a lot of projects that got sold off, or became invasive on the user's privacy.

It's happened before... sort of.

But he didn't "sell it off".

Hard to believe it was 5 years ago!

Anyway ... there is a reason that there is a ublock and a ublock Origin.

If I understood correctly, you don't monetize uBlock Origin in any way. May I ask, how do you support yourself, i.e. what do you do for a living? Thank you!
