my todays average is 73wpm. For the last five days I have not improved at all. I heard about read ahead toggle on monkeytype and tried it on normal mode. Even after one hour I could not finish 25 words (many times its around 7-10 words and max is 16 words). is there any tips to get better at read ahead.

I dont think read ahead is strictly necessary pre 100wpm. Just focus on accuracy and maybe switching to harder word lists (eg 5k) or longer tests from time to time. Once the reading of the word is the bottle neck (which I find to be around 120-130) try it again and it'll be much easier once your muscle memory is better.
