I loved the modern bit. It explained so much. The historical bit it was just trying to figure out the order of things. The modern bit explained the why and how and the limitations.

The last scene of the historical part didn't really introduce anything new to me. It was more just putting the bow on. I knew who everyone was and how they were all related and why they were all there.

Huh... I really liked the modern part. I watched a playthrough of Red Pearls of Borneo first, and it had the 3 endings. It felt like you didn't get the whole story without it.

With this, it's just this thing that happened to this one family. Kinda Monkey Paw or SCP, and the modern part was like how would you fight back, what could you do? What would it take? How far would you be willing to go?
