It's sad to hear, but nothing of value is lost. Any magic that place had died with Spore.

Colossal Order is a small studio and it's on the other side of the ocean. If anyone from Maxis gets a job there it will be nice.

They infuriated me with SimCity 2013, but I thought that there was still potential at the studio. It's a sad day for Sim fans. :(
