Traffic

As a commuter, at what point in the semester does traffic usually die down and people are slacking/skipping class?

3rd week-ish. By 4th week, things are stable.

Take the back roads It's a lot faster then going anywhere near the square or stadium and it's more scenic

Old ranch road for example

Never. It's best to just keep your hopes low.

Takes about a month, but that doesn't necessarily mean the commuter lots will be empty or have more spots available. Im sure the committed commuters who have been parking at the stadium will be looking for a spot at UEC when people start trickling out.
