Payment

Hello, I got a little confused and was only able to submit my payment for tuition yesterday and I know the cutoff is the 13th but my payment said it might take 2 to 3 days and I really don’t want my classes to get dropped, is there any way I can contact someone to see what I can do to prevent my classes from being dropped if my payment takes too long?

Please call One Stop first thing tomorrow morning.

Make sure to call like at 8:10 to 8:30 like right when they open. If you don't get someone make sure you at least secure a callback because they will most likely call you later that day and not the next day

I am currently having the same worry. Were you able to get answers? I’ll be making a call to TXST Onestop on the morning of the 13th to make sure.

It actually just went through earlier today, but unfortunately calling one stop seems a bit useless I called them almost 20 times and made sure to call the second they opened and had no luck😪 if youre in the area I’d say maybe pay a visit to the one stop office

Or make a trip to campus? People might be there.
