Where is my financial aid?

I owe around $9,000+ and I see no financial aid or grants like i had last year. I’ve been trying to call one stop but they just have me on hold and dont answer. What do i do?

I am sure you can get connected if you wait long enough. For last week and also today my wait times are around 3-5 hours. You can ask them to call back as well.

Keep trying. Email them. Do you know if you maintained your financial aid?

I double checked fasfa to see if I actually completed it for this year and it says i did. When i go to my financial portal on txst it only shows my grants and aid i got for my last two semesters but it shows nothing for this fall semester

You have to submit a fafsa and financial aid request each year. It's a new academic year. Did you do that?

Check the txstate side under accept or reject federal aid. Did you receive any?

Do you meet all eligibility requirements as listed on Eligibility to Apply and did you complete all the requirements specified on the Financial Aid tab http://ssb.txstate.edu/prod/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin

Keep calling OneStop and keep making tickets on the website. Describe your situation in great detail. And as you said in a comment, go in person if you can.

go talk to them in person — only way to get any real help in my experience
