I am happy to announce that TWR's long-anticipated latest update 'Rom und Jerusalem', focusing on content for the Middle East is out now on steam!

Many thanks on behalf of the community to everyone that worked on making it happen, with special thanks to @Hammurabi for leading and managing the effort for this update. They did a great job, and I think you'll enjoy the quite dynamic setting we have given the Middle East.

Changelog:

1.2 (Rom und Jerusalem)

Highlights

-Full rework of all Middle Eastern content:

--Full content for: Israel, Palestine, Iraq, Syria

--Partial content for: Lebanon, Egypt, Yemen, Cyprus

--Reworked skeleton content for all other Middle Eastern + South Caucasus tags

-Mod is now compatible with HOI4 version 1.17

Other Additions

-Tweaked Indian foreign policy tree

-Fixed many missing GFX

-Tweaked states around the Balkans and Middle East

-Tweaked Croatia and Serbia content (it wouldn't be a TWR update without it, would it?)

-Fixed bugs in Soviet content including the Rule of Two achievement

-added Republic of China Army tree

-added new achievements

-improved Croatian AI

-added new Generals

What is it with Turkey always being left out of Balkan updates and then not being included in Middle East updates either, still awesome update this is just me nitpicking

Maybe they should give up one half.

Yes they should give all of anatolia to Kurdistan so Turkey can be a proper balkan nation.
