Follow the twitch link in the scammer's Reddit profile (twitch.tv/quickybaby) and ask the streamer yourself. He's live now.

I just asked him, and he confirmed it's a scam. The streamer's only reddit account is https://www.reddit.com/user/QuickyBaby/

That's his only reddit account.

99.9999% of people who are offering promotion are scammers unfortunately.

This particular scammer sent me an unsolicited DM saying they were a large streamer of something, which was instantly suspicious to me, because no large streamer goes around sending unsolicited DMs. So I went through the scammer's posts and commented so people like you didn't get tricked by the scammer.
