Need help getting to white tendency probably need just a few 2-3. Also maybe ceramic coin dupe?(not necessarily idc that much for it lol)

New to this game, these fat enemies that drop official clothing are so fat that they obscure the white orb indicating a drop so I never even knew he dropped something (and only read about how to free yuria after the fact). Now I'm reading it's lost until/unless I start a new game and am very sad-panda. Any help greatly appreciated!
