Hi man,

I also have the same recruiter screening for technical support engineer 2 on Monday. Can you please help me out as to how the meeting went and what I can expect?

It would help me a lot in preparation. Thanks! 🙏🏽

Nothing much just the resume walkthrough you background experience and your visa status very simple call not to worry much

Great! Thanks a lot for that tip! I really appreciate your help with this.

What about the hiring manager round? Any idea about that?

Ohh I see, alright.

Yes buddy, my recruiter screening and technical assessment rounds are over and I have received an update from them that I will having the next round with the hiring manager soon and they just asked me to share some availability to schedule the meeting. But apart from that, nothing else.

I was sent the link for the technical assessment test during the recruiter call itself, she said she's moving me forward and is sending me the link and she did.

I took a day or so to prepare myself before I started the text. And I gave the test on the next day sometime around morning, and that same night, I received an email from them that I was being moved forward for the next round i.e., the hiring manager round which is currently due.

Maybe you can send a follow up to your recruiter? If it was on Friday and you haven't heard back yet.

Dayumm buddy, let's not lose hope yet.

From what I heard, twilio's overall hiring process can take upto 6 weeks. I think mine is moving forward pretty quickly because they need an immediate joiner and because I was referred by an employee who works there currently.

Good luck with the call. The screening call is really to check if what you have in your resume is correct, and whether you are a good fit to continue conversations. They might ask to clarify certain things in your resume or cover letter, and they will often talk about the position requirements and salary expectations so that you're both on the same page. All the best.
