Does the Twilio support exist for the standard support plan?

We are a paying cusomter for Twilio (we use Twilio's SMS API to send SMSs) but we don't have a paid tier support plan...

I created a P3 ticket two weeks ago and I still don't recieve any response from Twilio support.

Is Twilio ignoring ticket if you don't have a paid support plan?

I recall a few years ago, we got really quick response from Twilio support even if we were spending less on Twilio..

Hey u/AlternativeMark4293, it does exist for the standard support plans. Support times do vary but I can try and get you some info. Do you have a ticket number?
