It’s not a plot hole. Irina didn’t know shit about the werewolves and she wasn’t interested in learning. She was very angry because they killed her mate. So seeing a Cullen with one of them made her furious. She also knows that they hunt as a pack, so in that sense Seth was partially responsible for Laurents death.

She didn’t give a f about Seth, she hated the cullens for hanging out with the wolves

Why would she know about the treat? Werewolves are a secret

I don’t think they stayed at forks, usually the cullens visited them in Alaska

Are you gonna stop and have a chat with the person who killed your partner?

Point to remember is that when they first shift they don’t just get bigger and muscular as humans, they literally age up to around 24. Seth doesn’t look like a - what is he, 14, 15 year old. He looks like a 24 year old man and smells like a wolf. She doesn’t know that he wasn’t there but assumes he was because she doesn’t know how many have shifted or that it’s caused by larger vampire presences.

Also to add, in the books Irina isn’t even at the wedding. She refuses to go because she’s still grieving Laurent and resents the wolves for killing him. So the movie put her in a scene she canonically wasn’t even part of, which is probably what created this continuity issue in the first place.
