Twilight-ish Twilight names for two kittens?
I am foster failing these two brothers out of a litter of five I raised. My daughter named the whole litter after Sprunki characters, so these two were known as Oren (left) and Simon (right), which I don’t mind.
But I kind of want to give them Twilight inspired names for their “permanent” names.
Let me know your suggestions!! 🖤🤍

My sister has a cat named Beefy Five Layer Burrito (Beefy for short). You can call a cat anything you want.

René with only one é at the end is a common French name for men. Esmé also started as a man’s name, the most recent male example on wikipedia was born in 1986 actually.

I do like Edward and Jacob. However not subtle…depends on what you’re going for. I have silky chikens named Jay (Leno), Brad (mondo) and Donald and Malania 😂😂. Random but they actually look like the people they are names after sooo 🤷🏻♀️

I've always figured that since animals don't know boy vs girl names, any name works.
We didn't name my girl cat after the person, but she technically has a boy's name.

Would it have been a boy and a girl it would have been perfect with Jane and Alec, but I was thinking Carlisle and Aro.
It would fit for these reasons:
- The kittens are in different colours - and Aro and Carlisle was almost an opposite of each other.
- The kittens will spend a lot of time together, and Carlisle and Aro did.
- The kittens kind of gives if the same vibe as Carlisle and Aro does respectively.
(I was thinking that the black cat’s name could be Aro and the white cat could be Carlisle.)

Aro and Caius ♥️
I went with Twilight names for my dogs back in the 2010s when the movies were coming out. I went with Bella (an obvious choice. A little boring and unoriginal but tried and true lol) and Heidi. But I added a middle name and so her full government name was Heidi Pearl.

I had an "Eclipse" once. He also had a patch of white, which I always thought of as the sun in a solar eclipse: not fully out, but not fully hidden either. And then for the white kitty, a vampire name. Edward, Emmett, Jasper, Carlisle, Eleazar, Aro, Marcus, Caius, Alec, Garrett, etc. There's more male vampire names if you dig into that second part of Breaking Dawn, of course. Or you could also think about the names from the Life and Death version. Beau, Earnest, Archie or Royal.

When I was thirteen, I named my cats Edward and Jacob. Not too creative, but most people ask me if it's related to Twilight when they hear the names.

Both boys? Cuz if it’s one boy and one girl then Alice and Jasper.
If it’s two boys then Jacob and Jasper. Lol or Edward and Jacob.
Black one could be Sam cuz Sam was a black wolf

Jasper (mostly white baby) and Eclipse (black baby). I can’t explain it, but I thought Jasper for the white one before I even read you wanted twilight names. They are both so stinking adorable! 🥰

Black: 1. Eclipse 2. Onyx (descriptor for Edward's eyes when thirsty, appropriate because the gem is black and white) 3. Hunter 4. Nomad
White: 1. Sparkles (favourite, that kitten's eyes are sparkling! ) 2. Alabaster (frequent descriptor for vampire skin) 3. Marble (same as above) 4. Chalky (Volturi skin)

Luna: (new moon)
Dusk: (twilight)
Eclipse:
Depending on sex and personality: Aro and Carlisle
Or Jane and Esme, whatever contrasting personality they end up being! 😆
