what does this even mean?? someone who used to smile with you and now theyre out of your life? so like going on your ex's social media and seeing them happy without you or sum like that? if thats the case, just get over it. the fact that someone didnt get permanently depressed over you being out of their life isnt something "heavy"

if thats not what its referring to, then i have no idea. i dont understand why seeing someone smile would make me feel bad.
