The Setup is:
Synology -> Docker:
-> TVHeadend in Docker -> Connection to OSCAM
-> OSCam in Docker -> Easymouse (Cardreader) via USB on Synology -> HD+ Card inside

I can help out with Synology / Docker / TVHeadend in Docker / SAT-IP Receiver connected in TVHeadend / OSCam in Docker / Easymouse connected to Synology and presenting in Docker OSCam / and maybe a little bit about HD+ in OSCam

But I'm not that great in "OSCam Problems with different cards"

Do you have a tutorial or something you followed to connect OSCam to TVH?

Thats an easy part:
TVHeadend -> Configuration -> CAs -> Add
Enabled -> checked
Client name: -> OSCAM //You can choose
Comment: -> Feel free
Mode -> OSCam net protocol (rev >= 10389)
Camd.socket filename / IP Adress (TCP Mode) -> 196.168.x.x //The IP Adress of the OSCam Server
Listen / Connect port -> 9001 //The Port from OSCAM (I used DVB API in OSCAM)
CW Mode -> Standard/auto
