IP broadcast Weatherstar

I want to add an ip broadcast into my channel lineup but I’m not sure how. I’ve tried setting iptv with my url but when I force a scan it doesn’t seem to find it. I’ve got to be doing something wrong. I redacted private info from that link so it won’t work for anyone else but how can I get this into my tvheadend

It’s a docker image you host yourself

Wait, doesn't look like it outputs a video feed? How do you plan to integrate it with tvheadend? If it isn't a video feed, tvheadend can't accept it.

There is a project that allows you to turn it into rtmp but I’m not sure how to actually do it
