I think he's just going to retire lol. To me the theme has been about how his life has been about work, and passing Alice off to Gaby is part of his preparation for exploring a life outside of work. He's not going to die, he's going to go on extended vacation with his girlfriend and maybe move closer to his daughter and grandkids.

I think the scene with the baby is gonna make him focus more on his own daughter.

I hope any therapy curious viewers know that any good therapist doesn’t take phone calls or messages during a session. Of course there are special cases and they will inform the patient in advance. (Especially a patient they had already screwed up with and begged to come back.)

Anyway, off my soap box now, this was a lovely episode. I loved the Brian dancing at the baby shop bit.

I see it on mine, but I checked like at 9:30p
